GeminiDB Redis API

GeminiDB Redis API uses a cloud native distributed architecture with decoupled storage and compute and is fully compatible with Redis 6.2 and earlier editions, so it provides more enterprise-grade features.

Version Description

Currently, GeminiDB Redis API is compatible with Redis 6.2 and earlier versions (such as 5.0, 4.0, and 2.8) and is partially compatible with Redis 7.0. Redis 7.0 is in open beta testing (OBT). When you select a compatible version, GeminiDB Redis API 6.2 is provided. For details about supported commands, see Compatible Commands.

Lifecycle Plan of Each GeminiDB Redis API Version

A bulletin will be released before a version reaches EOM/EOS. During this period, you can use Data Replication Service (DRS) to switch the version to a later version before the EOS.
End of Marketing (EOM): indicates that the sale of this version is stopped.
End of Service & Support (EOS): indicates that the service of this version is stopped. You are advised to use the engine of the latest version when running jobs. After this date, Huawei Cloud will no longer provide any technical support for the software version.
