MRS 3.5.0-LTS Release Notes

MRS 3.5.0-LTS is released on October 30, 2024.

Service Module	Major Changes
Doris	Doris clusters can be created. Doris is a real-time analytical database that is easy to use and has high performance. It needs to be deployed independently. SQL inspector blocks and intercepts large and slow SQL statements in Doris based on preset and custom inspection policies. Doris slow query detection is added, improving the O&M monitoring capability of Doris.
Flink	FlinkSQL supports the MultiJoin operator.
Hadoop	The HDFS asynchronous deletion feature is used to delete large directories. Deleting blocks asynchronously with traffic control can effectively shorten the continuous lock period. YARN can detect large tasks to prevent the disks from being used up.
HBase	Spark BulkLoad can quickly synchronize Hive or Spark table data to HBase tables and import full or incremental table data in ORC/PARQUET format.
HetuEngine	HetuEngine supports Oracle and GBase data sources.
Hive	The Hive component of a normal cluster supports cascading authorization. Hive can intercept SQL statements that read and write data by themselves.
Hudi	The Hudi kernel is upgraded to 0.15.0.
JobGateway	The new component JobGateway is added to submit REST API jobs.
Manager	Now Keytab files can be downloaded to a remote node.
