ModelArts Standard Dedicated Resource Pool Network Adjustment
Huawei Cloud ModelArts has enhanced and optimized the security of the Standard dedicated resource pool network. The new network mode offers improved isolation for user resources and enhances the security of cloud resources. To ensure your network security, it is recommended that you use the new network to create Standard resource pools moving forward. ModelArts services will progressively limit the usage of the existing old network mode starting from October 15, 2025, 00:00 (GMT+08:00).
On the network management page of the ModelArts Standard console, you can verify if the network is operating in the old network mode, with the prompt information for the old network mode displayed as shown in Figure 1.

Impact
Using the old network mode prevents creating new ModelArts Standard dedicated resource pools but allows continued use of existing ones. If you have any questions about the network mode, submit a service ticket to contact technical support.
