Versioning Management

You can enable versioning to automatically maintain previous versions of an object. When versioning is enabled, you can access earlier versions of an object to recover your data in the event of accidental actions or application failures. For more information, see Versioning.

Enabling Versioning

  1. Log in to OBS Browser+.
  2. Right-click the name of the target bucket.
  3. Choose Versioning from the shortcut menu. In the displayed dialog box, select Enable, as shown in Figure 1.

  4. Click OK.

Suspending Versioning

  1. Log in to OBS Browser+.
  2. Right-click the name of the target bucket.
  3. Choose Versioning from the shortcut menu. In the displayed dialog box, select Suspend, as shown in Figure 2.

  4. Click OK.
