Can a Cloud Solution Provider Change Its Registration Country?

In principle, the registered country cannot be changed. In special cases, you can specify the reason and submit a service ticket. If your account has not been authenticated or used to consume any resources, you are advised to deregister the account and register a new account again. Changing the registration country involves changes in the database and multiple systems. You are not advised to apply for changing the registration country unless otherwise required.
