Why Does the System Display a Message Indicating That the BMS Cannot Be Deleted?
Currently, BMSs only support the yearly/monthly billing mode and cannot be deleted. Therefore, when you click Delete, the system displays a message indicating that the BMS cannot be deleted.
If you no longer need a BMS, you can unsubscribe from it using either of the following methods:
- Locate the row that contains the BMS, click More in the Operation column, and select Unsubscribe from the drop-down list. On the Unsubscribe page, select a reason for the unsubscription and click Confirm.
- Choose Billing Center > Unsubscriptions and Changes > Unsubscriptions. Locate the row that contains the BMS, click More in the Operation column, and select Unsubscribe from the drop-down list.
