Why Do Agents Go Offline When External Users Use APM?
When external users use APM, Agents may go offline. To solve the problem, do as follows:
- Check whether the edition is free. The free edition supports a maximum of 10 Agents. If a CCE cluster is connected to APM, the number of Agents may temporarily exceed 10. As a result, other Agents stop collecting data and become gray.
- Check whether the account is in arrears. If the account is in arrears, all Agents are automatically stopped.
- Check whether the Agents are manually stopped. You can log in to the system as a resource tenant to view the number of valid Agents and active Agents of the user.
