Verifying an API Group Name

This API is used to check whether the API group name exists.

roma_app_id

Integration application ID.

This parameter is mandatory for checking whether the group name is the same as that of an integrated application. If this parameter is not set, the system checks whether the global group name is the same as that of an integrated application by default.
