Modifying a Snapshot Capturing Template

Function

This API is used to modify a snapshot capturing template.

Calling Method

For details, see Calling APIs.

Authorization Information

Each account has all the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must be assigned the required permissions.

  • If you are using role/policy-based authorization, see Permissions Policies and Supported Actions for details on the required permissions.
  • If you are using identity policy-based authorization, the following identity policy-based permissions are required.

Request Parameters

Table 2 Request header parameters

Parameter

Mandatory

Type

Description

X-Auth-Token

No

String

User token. This parameter is mandatory when token authentication is used. The token can be obtained by calling the IAM API used to obtain a user token. The value of X-Subject-Token in the response header is the user token.

Authorization

No

String

Authentication information. This parameter is mandatory for AK/SK authentication.

X-Sdk-Date

No

String

Time when the request is sent. This parameter is mandatory for AK/SK authentication.

X-Project-Id

No

String

Project ID. This parameter is mandatory for AK/SK authentication.

Yes

String

Definition

Application name.

Constraints

N/A

Range

Length: 1 to 128 characters

Default Value

N/A

auth_key

No

String

Default Value

N/A

object_write_mode

Yes

Integer

Definition

Method for storing snapshots in an OBS bucket.

Constraints

N/A

Range

  • 0: Full storage mode. All snapshot files of each stream are stored in OBS. Snapshot file names contain timestamps. Example: snapshot/{domain}/{app_name}/{stream_name}/{UnixTimestamp}.jpg

  • 1: Overwrite mode. Only the latest snapshots of each stream are saved. Snapshot file names do not contain timestamps. New snapshot files overwrite the previous ones. Example: snapshot/{domain}/{app_name}/{stream_name}.jpg

Default value:

0

snapshot_mode

No

String

Definition

Snapshot option.

Constraints

N/A

Range

  • keyframe: only captures and saves I-frames that meet the specified conditions.

  • nokeyframe: only captures and saves non-I-frames that meet the specified conditions.

  • random: randomly captures and saves I-frames and non-I-frames that meet the specified conditions.

Default Value

keyframe

Default value:

keyframe

obs_location

In the full storage mode:

  • {{.unix_time}}: timestamp, in seconds

  • {{.unix_time_milli}}: timestamp, in milliseconds

  • {{.fmt_time_utc}}: UTC time in the format of YYYYMMDDhhmmss, for example, 20060102070405

  • {{.fmt_time_local}}: local time in the format of YYYYMMDDhhmmss, for example, 20060102150405

A time template must be selected.
