Deleting a Referer Validation ACL

Deletes a referer validation ACL.

X-Sdk-Date	No	String	Time when the request is sent. This parameter is mandatory for AK/SK authentication.
X-Project-Id	No	String	Project ID. This parameter is mandatory for AK/SK authentication.
