Expanding a Graph (2.2.23)
Function
This API is used to dynamically expand multiple secondary nodes to enable concurrent handling of increased read requests.

- This API is not supported by Ten-thousand-edge and Ten-billion-edge graphs.
- Graphs cannot be resized after expansion.
- To resize and expand a graph, first resize it and then expand it.
- Graphs of the database edition cannot be expanded by calling this API.
