Changing the Password of a Database Account

Function

This API is used to change the password of a database account. Before calling this API:

PUT /v3/{project_id}/instances/{instance_id}/clickhouse/users/password

instance_id

ClickHouse instance ID, which is compliant with the UUID format.

password

Password of the database account. The password must:

  • Consist of 8 to 32 characters.
  • Contain at least three of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and special characters ~!@#%^*-_=+?,
  • Be different from the username or the username spelled backwards.
