Adding Proxy Nodes

Function

This API is used to add proxy nodes. Before calling this API:

URI

POST /v3/{project_id}/instances/{instance_id}/proxy/enlarge

Project ID of a tenant in a region.

To obtain this value, see Obtaining a Project ID.

instance_id

Instance ID, which is compliant with the UUID format.

User token.

If the following response body is returned for calling the API used to obtain a user token, the request is successful.

After the request is processed, the value of X-Subject-Token in the message header is the token value.

Request language type. The default value is en-us.

The number of proxy nodes to be added.

The value is an integer from 1 to 30.

Restrictions: The total number of proxy nodes for an instance is no more than 32.

proxy_id

Proxy instance ID.

  • If there is only one proxy instance, this parameter is optional.
  • If they are multiple proxy instances, this parameter is mandatory. You must specify the ID of the proxy instance that you want to add nodes for.
