What Are the Constraints for Huawei Cloud Chinese Mainland or International Website Users to Access Resources in the European Website as a Cloud Alliance User

Question 1: Why does resources in the EU-Dublin region respond slowly?

Answer 1: There is an average access delay of 2s for access to the EU-Dublin region. Please wait.

Question 2: Why do I see yearly/monthly resources available in the EU-Dublin region but fail to purchase them?

Answer 2: Currently, you can only purchase pay-per-use resources in the EU-Dublin region.

Question 3: Why can't my IAM users view resources in the EU-Dublin region although I have enabled European website services?
