Why Is My HUAWEI ID Not Displayed When I Upgrade My HUAWEI CLOUD Account?

Check the following possible causes:

  1. The registration countries/regions of your HUAWEI ID and HUAWEI CLOUD account do not match. In this case, register a new HUAWEI ID.

    Follow these paths to view the registration location of your HUAWEI ID on a HUAWEI phone.

    Bought in the Chinese mainland: Settings > HUAWEI ID > Settings > About

    Bought outside the Chinese mainland: Settings > HUAWEI ID > Settings > About > HUAWEI ID Notice

  2. The mobile numbers and email addresses of your HUAWEI ID and HUAWEI CLOUD account do not match. In this case, change the mobile number and email address of your HUAWEI ID to those of your HUAWEI CLOUD account.
  3. Your HUAWEI ID is associated with another HUAWEI CLOUD account or has already been used to enable HUAWEI CLOUD services.
