Why Can't I Log In Even Though My Credentials Are Correct?

Check these possible causes. If the problem persists, submit a service ticket.

  1. Your HUAWEI CLOUD account has already been upgraded to a HUAWEI ID, and the HUAWEI CLOUD account name is now called HUAWEI CLOUD tenant name. Please log in using the login ID, mobile number, or email address of your HUAWEI ID, which have already been sent to you through SMS or email after the account upgrade.
  2. You have both a HUAWEI CLOUD account and HUAWEI ID and used the wrong password. Log in using the correct account information.
  3. Your account is an e+Partner administrator account. Please log in by selecting Huawei Enterprise Partner on the login page.
  4. Your account is a Huawei official website account. Please log in by selecting Huawei Website Account on the login page.
