Why Can't I Delete My Account?

When you delete an account, the system checks your account status and will fail the deletion if:

  • The account has been frozen for security.
  • The account has been associated with a partner account, or you have applied to associate the account with a partner account, to disassociate it from a partner account, or to become a partner account.
  • The account belongs to a solution partner or a KooGallery partner.
  • The account is an enterprise master account or member account.
  • The account has been bound to an HCS site or a Cloud Alliance site.
  • The account has yearly/monthly resources in use.
  • The account has an outstanding balance.
  • The account has overdue payments.
  • The account has refund or invoicing applications pending processing.
  • The account has unfulfilled contracts.
  • The account has unpaid orders or orders pending review or processing.
