Why Didn't I Receive an SMS Verification Code When Binding a Mobile Number to My Account?
Huawei Cloud sends SMS verification codes to mobile numbers in different countries and regions, but they may be blocked by your service provider. If you do not receive an SMS message, first check your phone network. If it is normal, go to the Create Service Ticket page, choose User Account > Changing the Mobile Number, create a service ticket, and provide a screenshot of the Bind Mobile Number page for troubleshooting.
