Description

Event monitoring provides event data reporting, query, and alarm reporting. You can create alarm rules for both system events and custom events. When specific events occur, Cloud Eye generates alarms for you.

If the number of failures exceeds the threshold within a specified period, SMN temporarily blacklists the HTTP/HTTPS. For details about when the endpoint will be removed from the temporary blacklist, see recovery_time in the event.	Check whether the HTTP/HTTPS endpoint is normal.	The blacklisted HTTP/HTTPS endpoint cannot receive SMN messages.
