Using Review Check Items in Work Items

Prerequisites

• A project already exists.
• The review check item type fields and their behaviors have been configured for the work item type to be created.

Configuring Review Check Items on the Work Item Creation Page

For a work item type for which the review check item type fields and their behaviors have been configured, you can configure review check items on the page for creating a work item of this type.

1. On the project homepage, select the work item type for which the review check item fields have been configured. The following uses raw requirement as an example. The configuration for other work item types is similar.
2. Select Raw Requirements.
3. Click + RR. The RR page is displayed.
4. Enter the basic information about the raw requirement.
5. Configure the review check item fields.
   1. Select a review checklist template.

      Click the Review Check Item Template text box and select an associated review checklist template from the drop-down list.

   2. Enter the review check result and remarks.

      Enter the check result and remarks for each review check item in the selected review checklist template. The check result can be satisfy, dissatisfied, partially satisfied, or Not involved. Select a value as required.

   3. If multiple review check item type fields are configured for the work item type, repeat 5.a and 5.b to configure all the fields.

      

6. Click Submit. The Raw Requirements page is displayed and "Request submitted successfully" is displayed in the upper right corner. The new work item is displayed in the raw requirement list. The work item is in the initial status.

Managing Review Check Items on the Work Item Details Page

For a work item type for which the review check item type fields and their behaviors have been configured, you can manage review check items on the details page of a work item of this type. If you have not selected the fields of the review check item type in the review checklist template on the work item creation page, configure them by referring to 5. If you have configured these fields on the work item creation page, manage review check items as follows:

1. Click the name of a work item type to access the work item details page.
2. Manage review check items on the details page by referring to the following table.

   View the field information of the review check item type	The work item details page displays the field information of associated review check items, including their selected templates, specific check items, check results, and remarks.    Modify the associated review checklist template	On the work item details page, you can modify the review checklist template associated with the review check item field and set the review check result and remarks. Click the selected review checklist template name in the Review Check Item Template text box and select another review checklist template associated with the field from the drop-down list. Enter the check result and remarks for each review check item in the selected review checklist template. The check result can be satisfy, dissatisfied, partially satisfied, or Not involved. Select a value as required. Confirm the modifications. A message is displayed in the upper right corner of the page, indicating that the review check item fields are updated. NOTE: If you want to re-modify the review check item fields that have been confirmed, click the reset button to restore them to the latest version.	You have configured the review check item fields of the work item type to be editable in the corresponding status on the details page by referring to Configuring the Behaviors of A Review Check Field on the Details Page.
   Modify the check result	On the work item details page, you can modify the check result of each review check item. Click the check result to be modified. In the displayed drop-down list, re-select the check result. Confirm the modifications. A message is displayed in the upper right corner of the page, indicating that the review check item fields are updated.	You have configured the review check item fields of the work item type to be editable in the corresponding status on the details page by referring to Configuring the Behaviors of A Review Check Field on the Details Page.
   Modify remarks	On the work item details page, you can modify the remarks of each review check item. Click the remarks to be modified and enter new remarks. Confirm the modifications. A message is displayed in the upper right corner of the page, indicating that the review check item fields are updated.	You have configured the review check item fields of the work item type to be editable in the corresponding status on the details page by referring to Configuring the Behaviors of A Review Check Field on the Details Page.
