Configuring a Field of the Review Check Item Type

Constraints

A field of the review check item type can be associated with a maximum of 20 review checklist templates.

Prerequisites

You must have the permissions of the Tenant Administrator role.

Creating a Field of the Review Check Item Type

1. Access the CodeArts Req homepage and click .
2. Choose All Account Settings.
3. Choose Work Item Management > Basic Settings > Work Item Fields.
4. Click Create Field. In the displayed window, set the field information by referring to Table 1.

   Table 1 Parameters for creating a field of the review check item type

   Parameter	Description
   Field Name	Name of the field to be created.
   Field Type	Type of the field to be created. It must be set to Review check items.
   Related Review Check Item Template	When Field Type is set to Review check items, a review checklist template must be associated. Select a created review check item template from the Related Review Check Item Template drop-down list.
   Description	Description of the field to be created. This parameter is optional.

5. Click Publish. The created review check item field is displayed in the list.
   You can perform the following operations on a new field.

   Operation	Description
   Edit field	Click to modify the field name, associated review checklist template, and description.
   Delete field	Click , read the information, and click Delete. NOTE: If the current field has been associated with a work item type, cancel the association before deleting the field.
