ALM-50802 Disk Usage Exceeds the Threshold

The system checks the disk usage of the StoreWorker component every 30 seconds. This alarm is generated when the disk usage exceeds 95%.

This alarm is cleared when the disk usage is lower than 95%.

Ongoing service apps (such as Spark) may fail.

The alarm threshold or alarm trigger count is improperly configured.

Change the disk usage threshold.

Log in to FusionInsight Manager and choose O&M > Alarm > Thresholds > MemArtsStore > Disk > Disk Usage.
Click next to Trigger Count, change the number based on site requirements, and click OK.

Trigger Count specifies how many times the threshold can be hit before an alarm is generated.
Click Modify in the Operation column, change the alarm threshold based on site requirements, and click OK.
Wait 2 minutes and check whether the alarm is automatically cleared.
- If yes, no further action is required.
- If no, go to Step 5.

Collect fault information.

On FusionInsight Manager, choose O&M. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Log > Download.
Expand the Service drop-down list, and select MemArtsStore for the target cluster.
Click the edit icon in the upper right corner, and set Start Date and End Date for log collection to 30 minutes ahead of and after the alarm generation time, respectively. Then, click Download.
Contact O&M engineers and provide the collected logs.

This alarm is automatically cleared after the fault is rectified.
