How Do I Initiate an Appeal During Service Supervision?

For a standard service flow, if the seller does not handle the process for more than five days, you can initiate an appeal.

Procedure

  1. Go to the My KooGallery console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Service Supervision.

  3. Click View Details next to an order in the order list.

  4. On the service supervision details page, click Initiate Appeal.

  5. Enter the reason and click OK.
