Viewing the Infrastructure of a Component
When the calls between enterprise microservices are complex, Agents sample some requests, and intercept corresponding requests and subsequent call information. This section describes how to view the infrastructure of a component.
Procedure
- Log in to the APM console.
- Click
on the left and choose Management & Governance > Application Performance Management. - In the navigation pane, choose Performance Monitoring > Components.
- In the filter bar on the left, select a region and an application.
- Click a component name in the Component column. The component details page is displayed.
- Click the Infrastructure tab. The infrastructure metrics of the component are displayed.
- In the upper left corner of the page, select an instance from the instance drop-down list to view its monitoring data.
You can also perform the following operations if needed:
- Set a time range to view data. You can use a predefined time label, such as Last hour and Last 6 hours, or set a custom time range. Max.: 30 days.
- Move the pointer over a time point in the graph. The metric values at this time point will then be displayed.
- Click
to refresh the data. There are two refresh modes: manual and auto. - Manual refresh: Click Refresh Now to refresh dashboard data.
- Auto refresh: Click an auto refresh mode to automatically refresh dashboard data.
