Can I Migrate a Source Server If There Is No Corresponding Image Available on Huawei Cloud?

Yes. The server uses the same OS before and after the migration. You can do so by preparing an image by yourself, as long as the server OS is supported by SMS. Check the OSs supported by SMS.
