Usage Process

Figure 1 shows the process of using KooDrive.

1. Enable KooDrive.

   (Enterprise tenant administrator) Log in to the KooDrive console and click Enable Now. On the KooDrive subscription page, set parameters and complete the payment or creation.

2. Create an organization and configure enterprise cloud space.

   (Enterprise tenant administrator) On the cloud space configuration page of the KooDrive console, create an enterprise organization and complete initial configuration.

3. Create departments and users.

   (Enterprise tenant administrator) On the KooDrive service plane, create departments and allocate space to them. Next, create department members and allocate individual space to them.

4. Use KooDrive.

   (Administrators and common users) Perform operations (such as uploading, downloading, and managing files) on the user center of KooDrive.
