23.98/24, 25, and 29.97/30. The frame rate cannot be changed and must be greater than 5 FPS.

Other video requirements

Adaptive I-frame

It is recommended that the maximum I-frame interval be less than 10 seconds. Fixed I-frame intervals are supported.

B-frame

It is recommended that there are fewer than six consecutive B-frames.

Reference frames

It is recommended that there are fewer than five reference frames.

Interleaving coding

You are advised to provide progressive source video. Only 2:3 pull-down is supported.
