Impact on the System
When an AP works with low power consumption, some component functions such as the USB and PoE out functions are disabled. In addition, radio power is reduced, or radios are disabled. For details, see the functions of APs using different power supply standards in Device Management Configuration GuidePoE ConfigurationUnderstanding PoE in the FATAP, Cloud APV200R019C10 Configuration Guide.
Possible Causes
The device that supplies power to the AP does not meet the AP's power supply requirements.
Procedure
- Run the lldp enable command in the interface view to enable the LLDP function. In this way, the peer power supply device can identify the power supply standard of the local device and supply power as required.
- If the alarm persists, go to step 2.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to step 4.
- Check the peer power supply device and ensure that the power supply standard meets the AP's power supply requirements.
- If the alarm persists, go to step 3.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to step 4.
- Collect alarm and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
- End.
