Why Can't I Search for a Site by Site Name When Creating a Meeting Using the TE10/TE20 Remote Control?
- Check whether the network is normal and whether the network cable is loose.
- If the network connection is normal, log in to the web interface of the hard terminal, choose , and check whether the LDAP address book is correctly configured.
