Why Does the Page Display a Message Indicating that the Work Item Does Not Exist When I View a Bug Ticket After Executing a Code Check Task?

Symptom

After a code check task is successfully executed, a bug ticket is created for the code issue by default. Click View Tickets to access the Work Items page. A message is displayed indicating that the work item does not exist.

Cause Analysis

Dirty data generated by historical issues. If code issues in different user tasks are the same, they have the same mergeKey. If a bug ticket is created for one issue, View Tickets appears for all other issues.

Solution

  1. Delete the bug ticket, as shown in the following figure.

  2. Recreate a bug ticket, as shown in the following figure.
