No Permission to Execute the Startup Script

A task checked by the sonarqube engine fails. The log contains "permission denied".

On the executor, the /devcloud directory does not have the slave1 permission.

Log in to the executor where the check task is executed as the root user.
Run the following command on the executor to add the slave1 permission:
```
chown -R 20001:20001 /devcloud
```
