Why Am I Seeing Error CC.10010263.500?

Symptom

During task execution, the error message "CC.10010263.500" is displayed, indicating that the custom executor is unavailable.

Cause Analysis

The custom executor is not correctly configured.

Solution

1. On the Tasks page, click the task name.
2. Choose Settings > Custom Environment and select Self-Hosted for Execution Host.
3. In the displayed area, select a resource pool from the Agent resource pool drop-down list.
4. Click Create Resource. The resource pool management page is displayed.
5. On the displayed page, click the resource pool name obtained in 3 and click Create Agent. Create an agent as instructed.
6. Execute the check again.
