Testing the Target Server

This section describes how to check the target server status, verify the data consistency, and confirm the service continuity after the target server is started.

  1. In the server list, click a target server to check its configuration parameters and running status.

  2. Log in to the target server using Virtual Network Console (VNC). For details, see Logging In to a Linux ECS Using VNC.

    The username and password for logging in to the target server are the same as those of the source server.

  3. Check whether the file list of the source server is the same as that of the target server.
  4. Start the applications or services on the target server and check whether they are running properly.
