Querying Parameter Templates
Function
This API is used to query parameter templates, including all databases' default and custom parameter templates. Before calling this API:
This API will be unavailable on March 31, 2025. You are advised to switch workloads to the new API (Querying Parameter Templates) before then.

Update time in the "yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ" format.

user_defined
Boolean
Whether the parameter template is a custom template.
- false: The parameter template is a default template.
- true: The parameter template is a custom template.
