Querying API Versions
Function
This API is used to query the versions of EPS APIs.
Calling Method

Authorization Information
Each account has all the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must be assigned the required permissions.
- If you are using role/policy-based authorization, see Permissions Policies and Supported Actions for details on the required permissions.
- If you are using identity policy-based authorization, no identity policy-based permission required for calling this API.

Version release time, which is a UTC time. For example, the release time of v1.0 is 2016-12-09T00:00:00Z. |

If the APIs of this version support minor versions, the earliest minor version is returned. If minor versions are not supported, an empty string is returned. |
