Issue Owner Does Not Have the Permission to View Issue Details Under the Task

Symptom

When a user clicks a task name in the CodeArts Check service task list, a message is displayed, indicating that the user does not have the permission.

Cause Analysis

You do not have the project permission. For details, see Roles and Permissions When the project permission of the account is Test manager, Tester, or Viewer, the account does not have the permission to access and view check tasks.

Solution

Contact the project administrator (project creator or project manager) to change the role of the current account.

  1. On the CodeArts homepage, access the project to be authorized (using a Scrum project as example).
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Settings > General > Service Permissions.
  3. Click Permissions, select the role, service name, and corresponding permissions.
