What do I do when WeLink Calendar fails to be synchronized with phone Calendar?(Android)

Perform the following operations:

  1. Allow WeLink to access phone Calendar.

    In phone Settings, tap Apps > WeLink > Permissions, and turn on Calendar.

  2. Enable synchronization for WeLink Calendar.

    In the personal center of WeLink, tap Settings and then Functions—>Calendar, and turn on Sync to phone.

  3. If the problem persists, log out of WeLink and log in again. You can also send help by tapping Feedback in the personal center of WeLink.
