User-defined domain name configuration

You can now bind a user-defined domain name to an OBS bucket so that you can access files stored in OBS through the user-defined domain name.

Bucket encryption

OBS now supports server-side encryption for buckets. All objects uploaded to an encrypted bucket will be encrypted as well. You can enable the default encryption when creating a bucket or for an existing bucket.

Bucket inventories

A bucket inventory can list objects in a bucket, save the related object information in CSV files, and deliver the CSV files to the bucket specified for storing bucket inventory files.

Bucket tags

Tags are used to identify and classify OBS buckets. If you add tags to a bucket, service detail records (SDRs) generated by the requests against this bucket will be labeled with these tags, enabling you to classify SDRs for detailed cost analysis.
