What Types of VPN Service Tickets Are There? How Do I Create a VPN Service Ticket?
- Log in to the management console.
- In the upper right corner of the management console, choose Service Tickets > Create Service Ticket.

- Search for VPN and select Virtual Private Network (VPN).

- Select an issue category.
