Can I Access OBS Through a VPN?

Yes.

With the help of the VPC endpoint service, you can access OBS through a VPN. You need to create two VPC endpoints for the private DNS server and OBS of Huawei Cloud, respectively.
Configure the private DNS server and routes in your on-premises data center.
