The master account pays the bills and issues invoices for all expenditures of its member accounts. Member accounts can only view their expenditure details in Billing Center, but cannot perform operations such as top-up or payment.

The master account can view bills, expenditure summary, and expenditure details of both itself and all member accounts in Billing Center, and perform operations such as top-up and payment.
