Creating an Index

Prerequisites

You have logged in to a DDS DB instance and created a database and a collection in the database.

Procedure

On the top menu bar, choose Database Management.
Choose Collections in the navigation pane. Under the collection list, click New Index.
On the displayed page, enter an index name, add an index key, and click Save.

NOTE:

If you do not select Background for Advanced Settings, the following dialog box is displayed.
