Changing a Traffic Policy

Scenario

You can change the settings of a configured traffic policy. For example, you can change the load balancing algorithm from Round robin to Random.

Procedure

1. Log in to the ASM console and click the target mesh to go to its details page.
2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Service Management, select the service which traffic policy needs to be modified, click Manage Traffic in the Operation column and modify the traffic policy on the right.
3. On the Load Balancing tab page, click Configure now. On the page displayed, change the algorithm to Random and click OK.
