How Do I Reset a User Password?

Workspace Application Streaming uses the AD server. To reset the user password, you must log in to the AD server.

  1. Log in to the AD server using the administrator account.
  2. Choose > Windows Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers.
  3. In the navigation pane, expand the directories where user accounts are located in sequence.

    The domain user list is displayed in the right pane.

  4. Right-click the account whose password is to be changed, and choose Reset Password from the shortcut menu.

    The Reset Password dialog box is displayed.

  5. Enter the new password and confirm the new password.
  6. Click OK.

    A dialog box is displayed indicating that the password has been changed.

  7. Click OK.
  8. Inform the end user of the new password.
