Changing the Service Email Address
The service email address is used to receive Huawei Cloud news and promotion messages and perform identity verification.
Prerequisites
If the email address bound to your Huawei Cloud account is different from that bound to your HUAWEI ID, and the email address failed to be synchronized after the Huawei Cloud account is associated with your HUAWEI ID, the email address of the Huawei Cloud account will be displayed as Service Email Address in the Huawei Cloud Tenant Information area. If they are the same, only the email address of your HUAWEI ID is displayed.
Procedure
- Go to the Basic Information page.
- In the Huawei Cloud Tenant Information area, click Edit next to Service Email Address.
- Verify your identity.
- Mobile number verification
- Click Verify next to SMS.
- Click Send Code, enter the verification code, and click Next.
- Email address verification
- Click Verify next to Email.
- Click Send Code, enter the verification code, and click Next.
- Mobile number verification
- Enter a new email address, click Send Code, and enter the code sent to the new email address.
- Click OK.
The system displays a message indicating that the email address is changed successfully.
