If the error code obtained by calling ObsException.getResponseCode is 408, the connection to OBS timed out.

The possible causes are as follows:

1. The service address (Endpoint) is incorrect or the network is disconnected. In this case, check the service address and network status.

2. The network delay between the client and the OBS server is too long. Check the health status of the network between the client and the OBS server.
