After a Windows source server passes the feasibility check, you can start the migration on the SMS console. The Agent on the source server executes the migration commands sent by SMS. During the execution, the Agent validates blocks in partitions on the source server and migrates valid blocks to the corresponding partitions on the target server. After the full migration is complete, the Agent automatically starts incremental synchronizations. You are advised to stop the services on the source server and start the services on the target server during off-peak hours.
