Quotas

What Are Quotas?

Quotas are enforced for service resources on the platform to prevent unpredictable spikes in resource usage. Quotas can limit the quantity or capacity of resources available to users, such as the maximum number of ECS or EVS disks that can be created.

If the existing resource quota cannot meet your service requirements, you can request a higher quota.

How Do I View My Quota?

  1. Log in to the console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner to select a region and a project.
  3. In the upper right corner of the page, choose Resources > My Quotas.

    The Quotas page is displayed.

  4. On the Quotas page, view the used and total quotas for each type of resources.

    If a quota cannot meet your service requirements, request higher quotas.

How Do I Request a Higher Quota?

  1. Log in to the console.
  2. In the upper right corner of the page, choose Resources > My Quotas.

    The Quotas page is displayed.

  3. In the upper right corner of the page, click Increase Quota.
  4. On the Create Service Ticket page, configure parameters as required.

    In the Problem Description area, describe why you need the adjustment.

  5. Read and agree to the user agreement and click Submit.
