Billing Termination
To prevent resource waste and unnecessary fees, you can stop billing for unused resources.
Yearly/Monthly Resources
For yearly/monthly-billed resources, such as a yearly/monthly WAF instance, you pay the bills when you purchase them. Billing automatically stops when the subscription expires.
- If you have enabled the auto-renewal function, disable it before the auto-renewal deduction date (seven days before the expiration date by default) to avoid unexpected fees.
Pay-per-Use Resources
If you no longer need a pay-per-use cloud WAF instance, you can disable the billing on the Product Details page on the WAF console. If you no longer need a pay-per-use dedicated WAF instance, you can delete it on the Instance Management > Dedicated Engine page. The billing stops upon the deletion.
