Prepare the configuration file and directory of the mongos node.

rm -rf /compile/cluster-restore/mgs*

mkdir -p /compile/cluster-restore/mgs1/log

mkdir -p /compile/cluster-restore/mgs2/log

Configuration file (restoreconfig/mongos_40301.yaml)
